Mt Stirling has a ski school & ski hire operated by Stirling Experience and located at Telephone Box Junction. Cross-country ski lessons are available at all levels and in all cross country disciplines including Diagonal Stride, Skating and Telemark

Equipment Hire and Ski School
The local and international staff are professionally qualified, so whether you are just starting out, an alpine skier wanting to give cross-country a try or want to advance by improving your technique, Stirling Experience has the quality equipment and ski school class to suit your requirements. Lessons do make a difference and help to eliminate all those bad habits that prevent your progress.

Equipment Hire
Mt Stirling Ski Hire is located at Telephone Box Junction. Hire toboggans, waterproof clothing, snowshoes, cross-country, telemark and Alpine Touring skis for adults and children.
Ski School
The Ski School offers regular class and private lessons plus a range of packages combining ski hire, Alpine Camp accommodation, family and couples concessions, primary, secondary and tertiary student group programs and social tour programs.

Available at 10am, 12noon & 2pm daily. Duration 2 hours

Guided Tours
Saturday Snow-Shoe Wander
An afternoon enjoying fresh mountain air and a little light exercise. Our guided tour winds through tall mountain ash forest trails, along-side mountain streams to visit historical mountain huts. This afternoon program which operates every weekend during the season includes:
- Equipment hire (incl. Snow-shoes & Poles)
- Experienced mountain guide
- Tour to a different location each week end
- Free on-mountain shuttle transport to the snow line if required
Starting time is 1pm finish by 4pm.
Sunday Cross-Country Experience
Come and share the beauty of our cross country trails on a Ski School Sunday Experience. This full day program which operates every weekend during the season includes:
- Ski Equipment hire (incl. XC Skis, Boots & Poles)
- Cross Country ski lesson with our professional instructor team
- Mountain tour to a different location each week end
- Free on-mountain shuttle transport to the snow line if required
Starting time is 10am finish by 4pm.
