Mt Stirling is OPEN to all visitors.
Travel is permitted between metro Melbourne and regional Vic. Victorians can go on holiday and book accommodation (accommodation is available at Mt Buller). Details of the state government's COVID guidelines are here.
Visitors are invited to get back on the trails for activities such as mountain biking, walking and hiking, and enjoy the beauty of the mountains in spring. The walking and cross-country mountain biking trail network is currently open, with planned opening of gravity trails and shuttles from 5 December.
The Mt Stirling Cafe will also open from December (weekends and most public holidays 10am- 3pm).
Keep an eye out for the early flowering alpine marsh marigold as well as colourful flame robins and rosellas.
- Camping is permitted in accordance with the public health guidelines.
- Face coverings remain mandatory for all of Victoria when you leave the home.
- If you are unwell please stay home and get tested immediately if you have any symptoms.
- COVID safe guidelines are in practice and all visitors must follow all signage and directions for your safety and that of others at all times.
